Our Support workshops are based around the current Ofsted Framework and the practical approach allows staff to develop the skills required. The sessions allow for reflection and always provide practical advice.
We also work with industry to develop teams and to develop middle leaders in order to manage change. using research from Harvard Business School.

Who we are....
John ap Robert Jones
John has been a Head Teacher for 21 years and counting. He has worked in schools in London and Gloucestershire. He has been a Consultant Leader, NPQ Facilitator, Schools Direct ITT trainer and has run courses on curriculum, pedagogy and leadership around the UK.
Associate - Ann Penny
Ann is a practicing teacher and the pedagogy coach. She facilitates NPQ sessions and is an ECF mentor.
Associate - Faye Heming
Faye is an accomplished consultant and trainer who savours supporting schools to ensure they ultimately achieve the best possible outcomes for pupils.
